But what if I don’t want to meditate
What if I just want to figure out how to resolve this issue?
What if I ask for advice around?
What if I just follow how I am feeling and then, All set!
What if instead of meditating, I do a physical activity just to forget about that idea?
There is going to be a lot of “What if” related to the thinking process, the mind or our own thoughts?Let me explain how and why
